eHealth

What is eHealth?

eHealth is a system that allows the health assessments of visa applicants to be processed on-line. Indonesian passport-holders applying for student visas through the eVisa system can choose eHealth for the processing of their health assessment.

Can I use eHealth?

1) Check if you can use one of the eHealth clinics (if they are located near you). eHealth clinics are marked by the "e" symbol on this list of Panel Doctors.

2) Contact an e-visa agent who will assist you to complete the application using eHealth.

How does it work?

With eHealth, your agent can complete your health declaration online (instead of using the paper Form 26 and/or 160) and the medical and radiology panel doctor can complete the health examination (including uploading a digital x-ray and a biometric photo) online. Once the panel doctor or radiologist submits this information, it is transferred instantly to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship’s Health Operations Centre in Sydney, Australia, for processing. Most results are then assessed by the Health Operations Centre within 48 hours. Generally, hard copies of your results do not need to be couriered to us.

Why use eHealth?

It takes significantly less time to process your health assessment.
